Developing Courage in Students to Accept Failure


At  home & school a pleasant  and cozy  atmosphere should be created , where students can  express their thoughts  freely , think & solve problems by themselves , accept challenges without any fear, struggle ,grow ,learn to surprise others  and themselves and enjoy every experience without being obsessed  about only success.

·         Make students feel at ease, so that they have no fear of clearing their doubts.
·         Help students to move out from their comfort zone and be active in listening.
·         Teach students the zones of safety, risk and danger .Allow them to experience the risk zone and teach them to accept failure, if at all they fail.
·         Develop strong and positive relationship with students.
·         Help students to track their performance and view errors as a path of learning.
·         Give them opportunities to improve their creative energy and work towards collaborative activities.

·         Spark courageous conversations using metaphors that can motivate students to face any kind of challenge and work towards it.
